Education

Through our personal experience we know that we are not only perpetrator, victim or saviour and never only good or bad. Acknowledging this enables us to understand conflict and work towards peace. Learning processes should always be based on this experience and it is further necessary to learn methods of mutual understanding and negotiation of resolutions, which can be internalized through practice.
