Privacy

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. We ensure the security of our EDP system and the confidentiality of the persons handling your data.

Use of data for electronic and letter mail, for donations and your right of objection

If the opportunity for the input of personal data is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily by the user. You can object to the use of this data at any time, e.g. if you no longer wish to be informed about the work of the schwelle Foundation. The contact data can be found in the imprint. The use of our website is possible without providing personal data. In addition, personal data is collected, processed and used by us in compliance with the provisions of the Basic Data Protection Regulation, the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act. We do not sell your data to third parties, nor are these third parties made available or accessible for use outside of this declaration. We make data available to service providers when, for cost reasons, we make use of third-party services. This is the case, for example, with the dispatch of our letters and publications. We conclude data protection agreements with our external service providers beforehand. The service providers may use the data only for the completion of the order and the data will be deleted after the completion of the order.
