Social Justice

A fair distribution of resources and wealth in a society is the premise for peace.

For schwelle Foundation, social issues are inextricably linked to climate justice and peace: A just distribution of the available resources and wealth of a society demonstrably promotes the satisfaction of its population, increases identification and the willingness to get involved and reduces the propensity to violence. Social justice can only be achieved if people who are on the margins of society are also included.

Partner organisations such as MHOLA in Tanzania or Fenix in Bosnia work in the field.
